We've waited a very long time before offering a high quality beef brisket jerky and t was definitely worth it. With garlic, citrus, cilantro & slight jalapeno kick...wow...how can you go wrong? Add to that lean, select steak strips are used in handcrafting this wonderful jerky and you have a real taste treat.

Ingredients: Beef, Brown Sugar, Orange Juice, Lime Juice (Lime Juice from concentrate (Water, Concentrated Lime Juice), and Less than 2% of Lime Oil, Sodium Benzoate, Sodium Bisulfate) , Sea Salt, Minced Garlic, Jalapenos, Gluten Free Tamari Sauce (Water, Soybeans, Salt, Sugar), Tomato Sauce (Fresh Vine Ripened Tomatoes, Sea Salt, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Natural Flavors, Spices, Citric Acid, Granulated Onion, Cilantro, Cumin, Ground Pepper, Cayenne, Water, Paprika.

Shelf Life: Store in cool, dry place. Jerky is fully dehydrated and has a shelf life of 12 months although we hope you devour much sooner and come back for more!!
